You first spread the tripods legs so that they extend outwards to support the tripod, you then release the clips on the legs to allow the legs to extend, there are clips on 2 parts so that you can adjust the height to your preference depending on the shot you want. There is also a middle column that can be extended slightly and tightened to give the tripod more stability
There is a handle on the back of the tripod that can be adjusted, this handle allows you to create pan and tilt angles
The camera plate is located on the top of the tripod, this will attach to the bottom on the camera, it has a screw that fits into the bottom of the camera so that the camera is secure when filming, the plate can be removed very easily so that the screw can be removed and screwed on easily
Once the camera is set up properly, you can use it, there are many different skills and shots to be practiced whilst using the camera tripod, like panning, tilt and zoom, you do these shots with the handle of the tripod this can be loosened to allow you to tilt the camera and move it around, or can be tightened so that the camera wont move and you get a still shot. These should be practiced with your preferred hand before filming so that you get used to doing them as the recording will go smoother you wont have any unexpected jolting
Place the camera on the tripod so that the panning handle is opposite the lens, an LED screen will come out of the side so that you can see the footage you are filming, this can be rotated so that the person you are filming can see them self, this can help the person make sure they are in the shot right so it is very useful. When recording the a red light will appear
To dismantle the tripod remove the camera and follow the same procedure as before when setting it up
